Enabling the Purchase Order Number Field
The Purchase Order Number field is only available to users who have already enabled the Expansion Pack add-on. See our support article on enabling Expansion Pack for more information on how to do this. If you are already an Expansion Pack user, please login to your account before following these steps.
- Head to Settings > System Preferences in your CurdBee account:
- Scroll down to the Purchase Order No. section. Tick the Enable check box. Click Save Changes to save this setting.
- You will now see a Purchase Order No. field on every new invoice, estimate and recurring profile you create.
What you fill in the Purchase Order No. can also be included in the email notifications you send out. Head over to Settings > Emails & Notifications and click the purchase-order-no link to include the {{purchase-order-no}} variable in your template.
