Generating Expense Reports

CurdBee Expense Reports are a great way for users of the Expense Tracking add-on to keep track of the hours they have spent.

  1. To access this feature, head to Expenses > Expense Reports.

    If you want to limit your report to certain projects or categories enter those values in respective fields. You can enter multiple projects or categories. Click the (x) icon next to projects or categories you have already added to remove them from the list. As a default, CurdBee will search all projects and categories.
  2. Break your expense records down into billable and non-billable expenses with ease.

  3. Use the auto-generated graphs to get a quick, visual overview of the money you have spent on various projects and expense categories.

  4. Use your newly generated report quickly and easily using the sidebar. Convert it quickly into an invoice, download it as a PDF, export the data as a CSV file or save your report for later.

  5. A neat rundown of all expenses from your selected time frame is included at the bottom of every expense report you generate.
