Localizing Your Invoice/Estimate Statements

You may prefer to invoice your clients in your own language or like to use terms relevant to your own business when invoicing. CurdBee by default supports Unicode encoded characters for all fields, which means you can enter client details, line items, invoice notes in any language you prefer.

Further, it is also possible to localize (or customize) all labels and titles in CurdBee’s Invoice and Estimate templates. To localize the statement templates please follow these steps.

  1. In your CurdBee account, head to Settings > Localization
    CurdBee Localization
  2. You will see a screen presenting you with a list of available templates for localization.
    Available Templates for Localization
  3. Clicking on a template will open it in a pop-up box for customization. Fields which are available for localization will be highlighted in yellow.
    Localization Popup
  4. You can change those fields by selecting them and entering the preferred text.
  5. Once you are done with the changes, click on the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page.
    Save Localization Options

Now, when someone views a statement he or she will see the labels you applied.
