Using Dashboard Reports

To enable Dashboard Reports for your account you need to enable the Expansion Pack add-on. As its name would imply, CurdBee Dashboard Reports can be accessed from your CurdBee account’s dashboard.

The CurdBee Dashboard

  1. Select what type of graph you would like to view. Options include Invoices over time, Payments received over time, Estimates over time (requires the Estimates add-on) Expenses over time (requires the Expenses add-on) and Time spent (requires the Time Tracking add-on).

  2. Select the reporting period. Options include 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. Your graph will now be generated.

  3. Data will be split across currencies. You can flip through data from your top three currencies using these tabs.

  4. A quick summary of your invoicing activity in the Year-to-date is available, which includes Total Invoiced, Total Payments Received and Total Outstanding in the year so far. This data too is organised by currency.Br />

    You can set the starting month of your financial year by going to Settings > System Preferences.
  5. Your top overdue accounts are listed so that you can keep track of them. Use the tabs to see who owes you what in which currency.

  6. As usual, a log of recent account activity is available as well.
