Using Time Tracking
To begin, enable the Time Tracking add-on for your account.
A new tab labeled Time will appear in your CurdBee tabs list. Click it and you will be taken to CurdBee’s Time Tracking homescreen.

Towards the top of the screen, you see the calendar component. Below it sits the time record entry interface and on the sidebar you see several related links, including a link to the Time Report generation screen.
Using The Calender
The calendar helps you track and organise your tasks across the days of the week.
Use the calendar bar to navigate through the days of the week and even jump from week to week.

For quick navigation across weeks and months, use the handy popup calendar.

Entering a Time Record
Enter a time span to use in the record or begin timing your current task by clicking Start Timer.
![]()
When you do this, CurdBee will launch a popup with a running timer. You can always pause the timer and resume it, thereby making your time tracking more accurate.

The hour and minute boxes can also be modified via the keyboard. Use the up and down arrow keys to increase or decrease each of them. The left and right arrow keys and the tab key will help you navigate between them.
Create projects and tasks on the fly. Begin entering a project or task and CurdBee will autofill these fields for you based on the content you have already entered. This makes adding repetitive tasks a breeze.
Your list of tasks can be edited via the Tasks link on the sidebar. Projects are managed via the projects page, accessible via the Manage > Projects menu item.

If you like, add a note to your time record. As with all other data entered here, you will be able to use this information if you choose to convert your time records to invoices or estimates.
![]()
Use the checkbox to indicate whether the task is billable. This distinction becomes important when viewing time reports and generating invoices and estimates.

Editing Time Records
![]()
The time records entered on each day will appear as a list underneath the entry interface. To edit a time record, click the relevant link in the Duration column. The entry will be loaded into the entry interface above it, and you can use it to change the record details and even change the date of the record via the calendar.
