Payments already made to CurdBee Pro edition and for any module(s) will not be refunded, once payment is processed by the payment gateway irrespective of the billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
Upon cancellation of your account or downgrading your account to CurdBee Standard Edition, you won’t be charged again unless otherwise for any due amounts incurred before the downgrade or account cancellation.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account at any time by logging into your account and selecting the “Account Information” link under “Settings” link. Once you are on the Account Information page, click the “Cancel My Account” button.
How can I switch back to CurdBee Standard Edition or change my account subscriptions?
To downgrade your account to CurdBee Standard Edition or to add/remove modules, please select “Upgrade & Extend” link under “Settings”. You could disable CurdBee Pro as well as other modules from this screen.
